Washington, Aug 12 : US Special Envoy to Afghanistan and Pakistan, Richard Holbrooke, has said that Washington plans to convert the Friends of Democratic Pakistan (FoDP) conference in Brussels into a meeting devoted to post-flood rehabilitation in Pakistan.
