What did she mean pull arms out? I have had THREE failed Neck and Back surgeries and EVERYTHING HURTS ALL DAY AND NITE..I pulled arms out and my hands felt numb and HURT more than ever.THESE PAIN PILLS DROP MY I.Q. to
