    Plantar Fascitis can be a poor translation of the navicular and the cuboid, entrapment of the plantar nerves, fascial tension from the achilles shortening, lumbrical or interossi fibrosis…. The fascia of the foot is rarely the cause of actual foot pain.

    This massage technique will do nothing for plantar fascitis. Plantar fascitis basicly means “foot hurts”. You need a clear understanding of all of the structures of the foot and lower leg. Addressing “foot hurts” means the ability to determine fibroses and ineffeciencies throughout the entire lower leg and foot. This includes indentification of nerve entrapments.
